New Balance Numeric 379 Shoes
Featuring Abzorb sockliners and a vulcanised rubber outsole, these grey New Balance Numeric 379 Shoes have durable suede uppers with sturdy canvas inserts around the back of the heel surrounded by a leather border. Curved top stitching flows across the toe vamp and on either side of the foot dark grey leather ‘N’ emblems add signature branding. The tongue has been made from canvas with a perforated grey leather top layer that has been perforated for ventilation and printed ‘New Balance Numeric 379’ lettering can be seen close to the top edge. Wide laces help to keep the tongue in place with the top eyelet punched within a leather border that continues around the back of the foot. Throughout the inside a red mesh lining has been added alongside the sockliner which helps to absorb hard impacts. Around the back of the heel a matching red rubber edge strengthens this key stress point and the vulcanised rubber outsole features an additional section around the toes with a grip focused tread pattern underfoot.
New Balance’s Numeric line uses the brand’s rich history within designing running footwear and pairs it with modern skate footwear features to create hardwearing, contemporary styles that live up to the needs of professional skateboarders. Launched in 2013, the project supports riders such as Jordan Trahan, Jordan Taylor and Levi Brown in addition to 2017 Thrasher Skater of The Year Jamie Foy whose two pro models continue to be updated for each new season.
